★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience at the chicken rice shop at lotus extra Cheras today. I ordered wantan noodles with roast chicken and additional a bowl of wanton. Had to wait so long I think they forgot my order. Even 3 tables came after me had their food before me. The food came but it was so bad. The noodles pretty much clumped up and the chicken tasted bad not like regular chicken rice shop roast chicken.Even worse it the noodles and chicken was served in such a small plate. I had to eat it as I was so hungry. I got whole prawn wanton instead of just wanton. And I declined and told the waiter to replace it.. He told me sekejap and went away.. So I informed another waiter to just cancel it. As I went to make payment the staff in charge asked me rather rudely "kenapa you cancel". I told her politely as her staff had made a mistake in the order. Luckily she cancelled the wrong order from the bill. This situation made me realise that some of the staff here are incompetent and rude but there were some staff who were polite, a disabled person working there and another staff wearing a white t shirt. They were the only 2 staff who were kind and efficient. Shame on the other staff. Especially the one in charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had eaten there few times. Although the food is ok, there is a big But! Actual food doesn't look like the photo shown on the menu at all. Size and actual drink is totally different from what they have on the menu!. Why to cheat people? Why you put a cute photos of those drinks when actual one is far more different than photo?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same as any other outlet of The Chicken Rice Shop but you can also go for groceries afterwards as upstairs is Tesco Extra... It is not as crowded as other outlet and it's great place for family eat out! Homey feeling here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since its Ramadan, I went there for dinner after break fast. By the time I reach there around 8:20pm, the staff told me that they closed at 9:00pm and has stopped serving customers.
Why on earth they close early when on this sitr it mentioned close at 10pm??
So disapppointed with the staff there!!! Management please hv a look why the operating hours differ from other locations?
