★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad service.. i came with my family 8 people in total. need to wait for table. its okay because we understand so we decided to wait because my father wants to eat chicken rice today. so got table for 4 persons. we wait for another table. after that, a family with generous heart offer us to sit at their table. so we arrange the table ourselves but the waiter approached my father tell not to arrange the table. cannot sit like this need to seperate table. its not logic u came with family to have dinner but to sit seperately. why not u arrange for us? so we just said its ok and we just go away from CRS. thank you for your 'great service'. never bother to visit your place again. please improve your service. send your staff to any course related to customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there after work on Thursday to order take away. Ordered a set for 4 with add on Asam Pedas Fish. Specifically mentioned that I chose Ladies Fingers (this has always been my choice whenever I order the same set meal). Went home and opened to my disappointment:
1 - No ladies fingers included. Instead I was given the flaccid nonfresh vegetable (sorry can't remember the name).
2. The chicken with honey... Its more like chicken with honey-plus-80%-water-added sauce.
3. The toufu was not properly cooked. It was like 80% done. This is usually my first to finish food. I would devour it, being my favourite. But this particular one was a big letdown and belonged to thrash bin.
So disappointed with this outlet. I went there at about 7pm. I am usually grateful for the food we have on the table. This is just to caution everyone to be more careful when ordering a to-go meal, and especially if you live far away from the outlet (my house is a one hour drive away).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Went there to dine in. Was told that all seat is fully reserved. Then, try to buy for take away, and we were told that we cannot buy take away just because they were preparing for the iftar. This is the first time we were turned away from buying. Will not come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thing that I noticed in this TCRS branch here, is their poor service. Usually you have to call the server for order. Rarely they will come to you knowing that when you came in and take a seat, meaning you have the intention to eat in.
In terms of food and beverage, no issue for me. That's why giving out 3 stars for this branch.
I guess if I'm the owner of this chain, I will start to check in and see what you can do in order to improve the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know why. I ate chicken rice here and Section 9 Shah Alam. Was disappointed. The chicken was drier, the soy sauce was saltier, the honey roasted chicken tasted bland. The quality has gone down and down. Even my youngest son agreed. Ten years, I brought two foreign guests from UK to eat here and they ordered extras after eating the first order. The chickeneo tables occupied rice was then way above the equivalent halal chicken competitors. Now its way down. I will be ashamed to treat my foreign guests to chicken rice any more at TCRS. Hope things will improve for this chicken rice icon. Yes, I agree with other reviewers... service is slow... We came at 6pm and there were only tables occupied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very poor sercive. Its takes 10 minutes just to seat me down. Only person working. He is cleaning, seating people, taking order. 1 workers is seating & talkking. I have to choose a simple order because basically different order you will have to wait abt 20 minutes to be prepared. If u r really hungry dnt go here.
