★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite restaurants but this outlet is so bad. I'm so sad. I went to eat there last night, around 7.50 pm. First I want to order the set but the staff said that they don't have the set which is very weird and I just proceed to order ala carte. But this is what make me mad, I saw all the set menu being served to other customers. Maybe the customer order ala carte but all the food in the set is there. Why can't I order it from the set. They also run out of ginger. I dinner is not complete. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff name fuzi is really bad and unfriendly lah, with a sour face he should be a bouncer, don't ask him to take orders and counter payment, when we want to order he says there is only alacart, when we ask for food. he just nods and shakes his head with his sour face, he thinks we eat for free.? My wife is pregnant and wants to eat at the chicken rice shop, if not i already go another place, please take note, the food is all ok, thank you,

Went here for dinner. Not to pricey nor cheap. I'd say good job on the service. Received our order just minutes later. One thing I may complain, the staff were literally screaming and may or may not disturb other customers but I was definitely not pleased by it. Another thing I would complain, the plates were very dirty. Please do something about this! Who would want their food on dirty plates. Both TCRS Signatures - Crispy Roast Chicken (with chicken rice & soup of the day) [RM10.90] & TCRS Signature - Soy Sauce Chicken (with chicken rice & soup of the day) [RM10.90] were tasty. Succulent and juicy chicken. Nyonya Pai Tee (regular/4pcs) [RM8.00] as usual never disappoints and definitely a dish to order when visiting TCRS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good except the soy sauce chicken was very pink on the inside. Not sure if it was undercooked but stopped eating it to be the safe side. Service was decent but we were there an hour before closing and they seemed really busy despite only a few people being there. My wife had to ask three times to get another drink for the kids, and we never got straws either despite asking many times and others around us having them.
