β β β β β Absolutely poor customer service. Food came in cold , when ask to make it hotter they just shoved it into a microwave or something. Absolutely poor manager with unprofessional behaviour and attitude. Manager is definitely under qualified even for a senior! If this branch in sunway velocity gets fixed then better close down...

β β β β β Went here on 19/2 1130am. I ordered a plate of crispy chicken rice and a cup of ice lemon tea for RM17.40.when I eating half way, there is a cockroach running on my table. I think that this place is very unhygienic. Poor experience.

β β β β β We came to this restaurant to nigth. We are familly of 6 pers.
What a disater. It was highway robbery. What we ordered was cold, the noodles were halfcooked, the only thing finished was the rice.
No professional at all. No manager apologie. Just the girl chef apologie. What a shame...

The service is bad and not welcoming at all. Treat customers so rudely.
The food was horribly served. half-cooked rice and chicken. The chicken is still pink when they served us.
The taste was so bad. This branch never takes care of its quality check.
This was my third time here and nothing changed!
Better CRS HQ change the management here or do something about it especially the quality control.

β β β β β Good experience dine- in here (22/11/2021). My friend and i choose Delight set for two. This set comes with 2 bowl of chicken rice, prime honey BBQ chicken tcrs ( we love it so much), crispy roasted chicken, fishball soup, bean sprout and nyonya pai tee. Two drinks.

β β β β β That fat Indian waitress really no manner, I asking spoon and fork to eat, she just look at me few second and ignore me. This chicken rice shop service is the worst restaurant at Velocity ever. Food also late and cold.

β β β β β The standard of this shop is very good. Friendly staff and the chicken rice is nice. Hard to find decent chicken rice in KL so I can say TCRS is already serving the best you can find. The chili taste good as well. Price is also affordable for food in a mall. Boleh lah.
