★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 2 times bad experienced during take away food from this restaurant...1st i ordered hainan chicken rice drumstick but i get other part of chicken...my 2nd case after 3 month.. i ordered hainan rice but i get roasted chicken...complain thru sms they not reply....have to check yr food before leave the restaurant...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting and trying chicken rice shop in midvalley, and made me regret why came here for my dinner. Service was suck, rice finish, only 3 staffs working there made the service slow and terrible. Imaging the day I visited was saturday!

Hope the management sees this and do something on it. This has been going kn since day one it opens in Mid Valley. Gas habislah, ayam habislah, nasi habislah like seriously you guys need to do something

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought after 2 years of away frm JB this place have improved for their hospitality... It's still the same attitude, stuck up and unfriendly. Not sure why the boss did not send their staffs for hospitality courses. Totally staffs are very unfriendly.
Table are so sticky, not properly cleaned. Not sure abt kitchen. Hopefully up to standard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if i could give it a zero i absolutely would, worst service ever, servers are absolutely rude. waited for one hour, and rice was finished. we had no problem waiting but a) they were rude about it, and b) they did not have the decent courtesy to offer a glass of water. literally no manners. disgusting. dont come here. left without eating.
