โ โ โ โ โ I rarely gave 1 star but this time, this outlet deserve it. So here goes why :
We ordered a take out during lunch hour and had a seat while waiting for our food to be prepared. After the food had been prepared, the waiter (male) brought out and just left them on the table at front entrance without informing us. So we just waited for quite some times when our food was all ready at the front.
Upon seeing the food at front, I signalled for the same waiter to ask whether it was our food and HE JUST IGNORED OUR CALL. TWICE.
I understand this is lunch time, but he could at least just make a polite gesture for us to wait while he attended other tables, no?
TCRS really needs to consider investing on improving their customer service as their staffs desperately need training.

โ โ โ โ โ I went this place many time. Should either add workers or change their attitude . No one greet. And no one yang ambil order . The same thing happened during my last visit . Like they not welcoming customer even there were just two table of customer. I found that if they saw customer enter the place , like out of sudden , all the workers vanished. It happens may times and I cannot being positive anymore . Hope they can change this attitude.

โ โ โ โ โ Service slow because of the staff who running as a manager over there. Don't have incentive to open another section which is empty but, respond very poor saying that, let main section customer left table than only, can given to other customer. Stupidity getting badly. Manpower! Just few of them only. Won't come back again. Tak layak jadi pengurus kalau tak erti, main kan peranan di situ.

โ โ โ โ โ Lack of staff, had to wait 29 minutes outside. Ordered food and the waiter coolly poured hot soup on my hand and just walked away without an apology. Seeing the picture you can realise I merely ate bones rather than chicken flesh. Horrendous service
