β β β β β A newly revamped outlet with seating upstairs including an open air verandah for the new normal. Quiet enough for the mornings for a long table discussion without interruptions. Service staff are less motivated to serve tables upstairs even with so few customers showing a lack of customer service training. No efforts made to delight despite the nice decor.

Service and cleanliness is below average. Usually you need to clean up your self if is crowd. Didn't wipe the table after collect finished foods on the table. Floor dirty and sticky. I wonder if this branch is lack of manpower?
Drinks is below standard. Ordered two times here, hot latte but not meet coffee bean company standard.

β β β β β Nice seating upstairs but at 11pm we were asked to move downstairs as they are closing the upper floor. We asked for 10 minutes to wrap things. The staff just switched off the fan.

β β β β β It is a two storey cafe so you're got ample places to chill - they even have balcony seating for those who want fresh air. The decor and interior are modern and up-to-date. Friendly and helpful staff. Offer variety of food choices too.

β β β β β 3 stars merely for the cool looking interior consisting of wooden and ergonomic design. Despite the not-so-spacious ground, they have utilised the outlet to the fullest. However, service is below average. Waiting time is long, and staffs aren't so attentive. They even sent my order wrongly to another table despite me explaining to the staff before-hand. And when i dispute they remade my order but the bun was charred. Hope CBTL will improvise on this.
