Great for sushi and sashimi lovers. Good, friendly service. Wife loved the saba and mentaiko pasta. Son had the salmon don - described it as β€œreally fresh with two thumbs up” - and I’d trust him being a connoisseur of salmon + ikura. My fat fish bowl was good (loads of top grade otoro tuna), would have given 5 stars if it had a bit more seafood variety for the price. Overall a solid 4.5!

The food here is excellent and filling - the prices are reasonable for the type/quality of dishes available here, and the portions are fairly generous. The sashimi slices are thick and fresh and the oysters nice. One of the standouts here is the pizza - do give that a go if you're looking for something unique. Service here is good as well - would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for good sashimi.

Ordered the sashimi don to try. Seafood is very fresh but the steep price did not encourage me to try other items on the menu. I can easily find similar joint for seafood at cheaper prices.

Visited this place on a weekday for lunch and the ambience is relaxing without the crowd. As a first timer, it's always helpful to have food pics in the menu to help envision how it looks like. But since menu is all words, it took me a while to perfect my choice ? The barachirashi don was a good choice. The sashimi were all very fresh with no fishy smell. It comes with diced salmon, maguro, shiro maguro, chopped salmon, tobikko, cucumber, scallion and nori which was a refreshing blend. But the spicy gyutan don (beef tongue) is the better dish for a meat lover like myself. The gyutan slices were a bit thin but tender. The dish is umami with a hint of spiciness, scallion, garlic, sesame, nori and teriyaki sauce.Β I personally like it to be spicier. The onsen tamago is perfect to go with the whole flavour. As if it's not enough, I ordered their best selling fat fish pizza too. Upon first bite, the teriyaki sauce may be a bit too overwhelming as the fresh sashimi would be already perfect on its own. The crispy rice dough as base is really interesting to go with the sashimi but I prefer it the dressing to be more toned down. Would I order it again.. Nope. Overall, I would come back to try out more of the sashimi selection. The waiters are really initiative to refill our green tea too. I like the overall ambience & food and the price is not that steep. ?

Came here for the Fat Fish Pizza and we devoured it ?Love the concept and taste was a 10/10. However the Sushi Donut was just okay 5/10 as the rice was a bit harder than the ones you would get from a normal sushi. The sushi donut presentation was great but the taste was average, ordered it cause it does look intriguing to the eye. Definitely recommend the Fat Fish Pizza ?

This place is amaze balls!!! Always wanted to try due to excellent reviews and it was truly excellent. Location is ald awesome cos its inside 163 Retail. Very friendly staff. Super fresh sushi and sashimi. Pricing is reasonable because it really depends on what you order. The signature Fat Fish pizza is mind blowing. It was love at first bite, crunchy with texture. Salmon was very fresh. Do give this a try if you love salmon and pizza combo. Trust me! Good to share as it was already too much for 2 pax. But we had to try the Mentaiko pasta. Heard too much about it too and yes it was great! Maybe a lil bit too creamy for some but I love it. If u can whack a whole plate of carbonara and not feel anything, this is it. Definitely coming back for more.

everything was nice. price was expensive. the fat fish pizza & sushi donut was really good 5/5. however the crunchy salmon fried rice was so bland, definitely not worth the price :/ not sure if that's really the taste they are going for but not for me. overall 7/10 nice experience, nice food, nice service.

Great dining atmosphere, helpful staffs. Delicious food, but personally think it is a bit overpriced. ? Salted egg pasta RM32: love its creamy texture, yet it is a bit over salty (i know it is β€˜salted egg’), that you couldn’t taste other dishes properly, maybe u can take it as your final dish. The pasta is topped with smoked duck breast (not much and it is salty too) and I would say the whole dish tastes like the very salty version of pasta carbonara. ? Crunchy salmon fried rice RM25: small portion of rice, and the salmon in this dish is of the minimum amount that I thought it was just a normal fried rice initially. ? Fat fish pizza RM32: pretty disappointed as it is their signature dish. Salmon slice was thin and doesn’t taste fresh. And having raw salmon on top of the warm deep fried rice dough was pretty... strange for me.
