★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not coming here for second time. House with weird design and run down furniture and fittings. Door broken only seal with tape, no water heater, bad karaoke system, everything is so weird and no maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2-night stay at Rawang - 24 people comprises of 18 adults (1 handicapped) and 6 children.
Good points:
1.Security check at the entrance of the Villa
2.Spacious living area and bedrooms.
Bad points (general):
1.Very slippery flooring
2.Dirty sofa in the living room
3.Dirty bed sheet for upper-deck bed
4.Dirty kitchen cabinet and fridge
5.Low grade karaoke sound system
6.Poor maintenance - many blow light bulbs, unstable toilet taps,etc
7.Dirty swimming pool
Bad points on the check-out day:
Morning:
1.Caretaker (stays in the premise) approached every young adult and reminded about the 12:00 checkout
At 11am onwards (worst ordeal):
1.Caretaker chased us from using the pool.
2.Water pump cut off (timing set by the host/caretaker). No water supply in the premise! Few family members were stuck in the toilets (half way thru their shower and business). We end up getting water supply from our drinking mineral water! Water resume 10 min before check-out. No extension given. We left the premise in foul mood and no family photos taken before the check-out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is a really good place to have a gathering . there is so much room and fair enough beds to stay overnight. it is very suitable for us like a very big family to have a party

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice accommodation, veryy huge space. The pool is very satisfying with nice view.
Hygiene is overall satisfying.
It's a nice place for gathering.
Maybe can upgrade the sound quality in the karaoke room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor and confusing communication with host:
1) Before booking our 3D2N stay, we were informed that late checkout is possible if there's no guest checking in on the same day. However, the next guest only confirmed their booking on our second day, so we were forced to change our plans, hence spoiling our stay. Should've just told us before our booking that we wouldn't be able to check out late.
2) Host also didn’t inform housekeeper of our early check-in, he was still rushing to clean up when we arrived.
3) Host didn't provide check-in details beforehand, we had to ask from her on the day itself.
4) Didn't inform us that the housekeeper stays upstairs in the same house (locked from the inside, housekeeper accesses from outside the house). The main issue with this was that the kids upstairs were running around. Made it noisy & distracting during our team-building sessions.
Downsides of property:
1) Not enough cups and utensils, said “roughly enough for 20” but only had 12 spoons. Housekeeper had to go out to buy.
2) No tissue box or kitchen towels provided
3) No microwave as well
4) Ceiling casette aircond doesn’t work in dining area, poor ventilation. Small aircond not enough to cool the whole area.
5) Aircond in living area not powerful enough, people were sweating.
6) Bedroom descriptions not accurate in Airbnb (number of beds)
7) Downstairs aircond only hot air, host said “prev guest didn’t mention any issue with that”, but the housekeeper also agreed it’s not cold at all. A repairman came and needed to replace a faulty component, but housekeeper wasn't around so we had to liaise and supervise instead.
8) Only 1 aircond remote per brand, so you have to share controls among the different rooms.
