★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. It was unprofessional for the hairstylist to criticise my hair. She said my hair was thick in an unpleasant tone. Yes I know my hair was thick, but that’s in my genes I can’t alter that, that’s why I was here to trim my hair. Plus, Before coming I washed my hair already to make sure it’s clean to touch.
2. Hairstylists talking bad about other customers in front of other customers. Please don’t do this in front of your customers.
3. I was not satisfied of my haircut. It looked old fashioned style and ugly. The fringe was cut too short, and the whole hairstyle was just 90’s look.
The hairstylist was a woman with short Bob hair.
Also, the price is quite expensive for woman’s haircut, it’s rm38, without hair wash, only styling.
I won’t go there second time. That was the first and last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hairstylist with “character”, insisted her way instead of customer’s request when it comes to hairstyle. The promotion is to attract long-term customers but the service provided wasn’t up to par. The arrangement was rather unorganised despite appointment was done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I book my appointment one day before and it’s fast and easy for me during CNY period as a lot hair saloon have full. I went to this branch for doing hair colouring and the service was great. The staff explain to me what colour and how it’s going to look like. The services was fast as they are focusing doing their works and help each other’s as team. May return for others service next time.
