I approached the counter, they missed the order.
The story gets better.
After ordering for the second time, I asked for an expedited order.
We waited 20 mins, food still hadn't arrived.
Manager came to talk to me, didn't even apologise one bit.
Highly disappointed at the level of professionalism.
I arrived at 8:30pm. Now it's 10pm. I just want to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a nice dinner with family. We were able enjoy our food as we came in due to early reservation and ordering ahead of time. The food is generally great with an exception to the white rice which is a little undercooked, perhaps a minor mishap. The pastas were a great hit with the kids. The staffs are polite and assisting throughout the experience (a big thumbs up as it's a rarity here). The ambience is cozy and modern with comfortable space between seatings. The Cafe are able to accommodate quite a volume of customers at a time including serving a large pax (8 of us), avoiding unnecessary queues. However payment options are limited to cash and bank transfers only, which needs to be improve. I suggest to make reservations and order foods ahead to avoid waiting for meals as weekends tend to be packed. All in all, an enjoyable experience.!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful interior, great ambiance. Food does not take too long to be prepared. Various menu to choose from. Reasonable price. Lamb shoulder and Daging Harimau Menangis I ordered were perfectly marinated and cooked to perfection. Crispy chicken really crispy while the chicken meat remains juicy inside. Loved the food. Recommended. Will revisit for other food next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Google direction was a bit misleading. But I went awe walking down the lane where the restaurant is situated, they've got a number of good shops nearby.
The hall barber and cafe has a pretty unique concept. My personal favourites from the dishes we ordered were the cheesy fries and the mango smoothie.
Most importantly, the staffs were friendly and didn't had to wait long for the orders to be served. The ambience was calm and clean. A bit of music might have given a little more vibrance to the place. Overall, it's a good place for those who's craving for western food in Kemaman.
