Lovely place to unwind and focus on getting work done. The hosts couldn't be any nicer!

Love this place! It feels like a home and the family members are cool and supportive. Highly recommended! You can either stay here or come by to work/relax/study. They also host a ton of events.

I stayed 3 months at The Hatchery Place in 2018, and have lived primarily in Kuala Lumpur since. Kevin and Elaine have become dear friends, as they are to all guests who stay here, and over time this builds quite a community of people. Hatchery is near everything, including many vegetarian restaraunts, organic grocery stores, many convenience stores, and a quick grab to malls and supermarkets. This combination makes Hatchery a great starting location for commencing your life in Kuala Lumpur, like I have done over the years.

Great cosy and quiet coworking space. Maybe too small for networking, as there is only 4 desks, but for focusing in your work and/or a random chat with your desk neighbour, its great. Theres a really nice coliving with two rooms upstairs.

Our little home away from home. We feel so lucky for having discovered this little gem of a place, with its loving and caring community, nearby eatery (affordable with sooooo many vegetarian options available) and coworking/coliving. If you want a stable base, a place to always come back to, you've found it here. Also, it's called the "hatchery" for a reason... If you're working on a new project or career move, sending some time here will def give you the much needed space and clarity for self growth.

The Hatchery Place is just a lot more than an airbnb or a place to stay/work. It's the vision and passion of two local enterpreneurs that has shaped into, amongst others, a community of like-minded people and a space to pursue projects. At the moment of this writing I've been living here for 4 months and I've become really good friends with many community members. As a solo traveler/digital nomad, this place has provided me with the community I was hoping to find. I was prepared to stay only for a couple weeks if I didn't like it but turns out I did like it (I am planning to stay 2-4 more months). The space is a fully functional house, the kitchen is simple and small but it does the job, I cook most of the days simple yummy stuff.

I am very particular about my coworking spaces. I once went to a coworking space with all the bells and whistles (nap rooms, showers and everything) but I left in just an hour. The special thing about Hatchery is its people, the owners and the people who go there. It's a warm place filled with equally warm people, it seems to draw people who are creative and live a life on their own terms. It's inspiring to be with them and we can learn so much. It may not be as posh or fancy and some other coworking places, but it's the kind of place that you can work while being inspired. PS: It also comes with a CFO - Ginger, the Chief Furball Officer, whose job is to be as cute as possible so that you'll do what she says. (Most of the time, we do)

Super comfy and homey. The owners are super accommodating and pleasant. Although it does require that you make an appointment with the owners first, don't just show up.
