★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Environment wise is OK and it is near to Sri Petaling but need to drive to buy food else you just grab food or food panda. (So I rate two stars)
I stayed here for almost a month but unfortunately someone who stayed above me seems have some mentality problem. Walk like HULK is still bearable but they like to blast music everyday anytime they liked!!! I can feel the ceiling is shaken when they start blasting music. Please imagine they not blast 10 - 15 mins and it is blast for few hours!!! sometime even blasting the music around midnight!!! Complaint to management and they just told you just call the security hotline, and no action is taken. This problem last for few weeks.
Please think twice when you want to rent here because you might encountered some mentality jerks/idiot which not considerable others feeling...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a place of disaster. Looks good from the outside only. The rental price here can find a better place. Location no strategy at all. Need to make a big turn if just went out for groceries. All n all, thumbs up to the management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience sending items to this condo. Security guard wont allow you to put the items in lobby even though the recipient asked us to do so.
Please think some way to improve this, sometimes your resident is really busy and cannot go down to pick it up, this is giving trouble to the grab driver and us as a sender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless management and security. Make peoples life so troublesome and keep making things complicated. Never came across such a useless management before. Boom gate got issue, parking is an issue, lift doesnt work properly and etc. Sometimes we are working and cant go down to pick items from pos/grab but they dont allow the sender to leave the items at the lobby for us to pick later. Always make things complicated!!!!

1. Not a strategy location, once you leave the house, need to make a BIG 15 minutes u-turn to get home, what kind of location is this..??
2. Endless construction noise everyday.... from morning to afternoon, you tell me! how do work? Drilling and hammering non stop. Buy a house just to listen to construction noise daily, GREAT!
3. The location already not strategic, and there is no designated waiting bay in the entrance, so people just blocking each other.... haih.... what a design.
4. 6 lifts not really that efficient also, there are times waited for a LEGIT 5 minutes to get down. It basically stop more than 10 levels... I have no clue what other lifts for, they just stop a certain level and not moving, lift malfunction happen either every one or every two week. Good job!
5. The only good thing is the lobby, and people don’t take your parcel. That’s it. Thank you all the residence here, maybe because we all suffer living here, so we are more united.
One last thing, recent months have many pests, ants ?, cockroaches ?, mosquitoes ?. No idea why.... be prepared. ?
I am editing it again, because so make opposite reviews, honestly I suspect they are paid and fake. I lived here since July 2020 - now, I guarantee this is not as good as you they claimed, be wise.
If you want peace and harmony, find somewhere else, almost a year living here. I am really really exhausted and disappointed. Soon to be diagnosed with PTSD living here, caused by construction noise ? ⚒️??????

1. You have to always take a big U-turn which is almost 10km (very congested at working hours) to get home if you’re from the opposite one way lane.
2. Poor and lousy management
- no extra parking to rent out
- successfully booked visitors parking from system but when reach the guardhouse they said it was full then you have no place to park because this condo is in the middle of the highway
*Becarefully if you’re parking beside the road before the guardhouse entrance way various cars got damaged by the fallen trees multiple times already
- facilities was not well maintained the pool got in maintenance for a almost a month canot be done aircond in the gym were on and off makes me dizzy while working out
- Always got airbnb coming in and out can heard people talking around the walkway
- get annoyed by non-stop wall hacking and renovating
3. It’s beside a congested highway so is heavily sound polluted and rempit noise
4. No line for handphone (maxis, celcom or whatever digi might work)
5. Not sure why the rental price gone worst even after pavilion 2 was done
6. The water volume in the secondary bathroom is very weak
Pros
1. Personally i think is a great location for me as i work as a salesman the location allows me to travel easily as highways are just around the corner
2. Pavilion is just ‘footsteps’ away but i dont think is convenient to walk there
3. The whole place is actually consider clean but not sure why i still encounter bugs and mosquitoes in my unit even I’m above 30 floor
4. Great view from the condo there’s no building blocking atm.
Above are some of the things I experienced whithin 2 years. Management is d*mn lousy la wey…
