She explained my dad's scenario in details and also shared with us what are the possible outcomes if he didn't wear the hearing aid. Even we didn't make up our mind to do the purchase right at the moment, she also respected our decisions which make me feel very comfortable with the sessions.
I really appreciate her time to serve us with her expertise. Will definitely recommend everyone who has hearing issues to visit here and I believe you can get professional advices from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought our Mum to check her hearing. The Audiologist is extremely helpful and patience. She cleaned and checked Mum's old hearing aids and figured out why it was not working properly. Spent time explaining to us. She spend time carefully checked and determined Mum's hearing abilities for both ears and then suggest the appropriate hearing aids that is suitable for Mum. She also spend time to explain how to care for the hearing aid. After we got the new hearing aid for Mum it is already lunch time so we had our lunch at a near by restaurant. As we get ready to head home we notice that the hearing aid is making some noise so we returned to the shop. The Audiologist came out to our van to adjust the hearing aid since she knew it is difficult for our Mum to walk up and down the steps to go into her office. She is such a Blessing to her patient. Thank you very much.
