★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Poor Parking Management, a home may only be able to park a seat.
- Poor and Selfish Residents, even a lot of parking, the residents will still report or complain you, rubbish can also be thrown about by residents.
- Poor Garbage Bin Manament, a lot of garbage accumulated, but no garbage disposal.
Suggestion is can't live here for long. The residents are not friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condominiums ? are a bit small so if you have a small family ? and want to move in here, it is perfect for you.
There is a pool which your kids can play in so they will get some exercise to help them grow.
There is a barbeque area where you can cook your barbeque when you are having a party.
There is even a play ground for the kids to play, have fun and just be kids.
But the area of this place is very big, so you may get lost but the guards ? are happy to help.
Moreover there is Amazing view of the city and the mountains near it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean n new condo for working professionals or students. Rented this place for my daughter initially. Sharing with a few other housemates. It was a good place to stay until her housemate bringing male friends to the unit and start drinking at the living room as if the place was own by them. Main door was widely opened with shoes everywhere. The housemate forgot about respecting other housemates' privacy. The management company did a really bad job here in informing the tenants about strict house rule like above. We lost our deposit as we decided to move out after the incident. ???

Booked by my cousin. Cool apartment with highland view. Thanks to the monsoon season, it's actually cold there. Can park more the one car, gym and swimming pool available. Foodpanda and grab food are available as well.
