β β β β β I aspect better quality for RM 1000 room , but not worse than standard room from everywhere else in Malaysia. Never expect will come out this quality from the comment or information on the website.
1. Air-conditioning cannot reach the spaces on upstairs
2. Bad food quality
3. Full of mosquitos,lizard and flies
4. Bad services
5. Dont have key to lock your room
6. Room is dirty
7. Dont have boiler or fridge in the room
Truly not recommend to come here, you deserve better experience.

β β β β β Very nice place for chilling and relaxing.
Place are well tidy and very clean, workers there are friendly and helpful.
Environment is very nice, suitable for family trip, company events, gathering with friend, and available for glamping.
A lot of jungle activity ensuring you wonβt get bored here, such as jungle trekking, flying fox, archery and a lot more. ??

β β β β β We stayed at Bubo Cote Studio3 for 2 nights on last weekend, the room is quite small but fit in comfortably for 3 pax, I slept well on the mezzanine floor bed. The downside of it was there were alot of flies in the room, you will have to chase them out and do not leave the door open. Wifi signal is weak within the village. Other than that, the room is decent for glamping experience. It is located quite a bit from town area, and have to undergo unpaved road for about 5min before arriving the retreat. The environment is great, public toilet is clean and the shower gel and shampoo has great smell. Foods are good just abit pricey. Overall the crew service is very good and helpful, special shoutout to Bryan and Jo! It's a good relaxing short getaway place to consider.

β β β β β Nice place if you are an outdoor person. Open air bathroom, alot mosquitoes. Repellant does not help It has electric fan but not strong wind. Bring own manual fan better. Towel provided after several complaints. First and last visit. Do not expect nice food.

β β β β β Not recommend to go!!!! Poor maintenance and low quality services!!! The only facility that no need to pay is just a small size public pool, which can only fit in maximum 5 person. Alot of mosquitoes and lizards, they should tell us earlier!!! No outside food allowed, but the food they provided is too low quality and charge for RM50/person. The villa is too dirty. We take 5person villa (RM1000), but we still have to sweep the floor by ourselves after we first step enter to the room.

β β β β β Very unpleasant experience with the booking.
The customer service is very disappointing for several reasons:
(a) Indeed, they are very rigid and not helpful with the requests. There is no precise information from the website, but there is 'no' when you make specific requests. Generally, good customer service needs a range of flexibility. And accurate information is much required for the website.
(b) For this, they don't have an omnichannel communications strategy either. The communications between customers and the staff were 'no', or send you the link to the FAQ page. The overuse of scripts to respond to customers is a NO NO.
(c) Inefficient customer support team with a lack of customer service etiquette. The sad thing is not able to identify the gaps between business and customers.

β β β β β Stayed on 17 April. Took the Tito Dome premium package.
Sheets were stained, pillows were clumpy, and no umbrella in the room.
Blackout at 3am, called the team, and they managed to restore power but power kept tripping every 15 minutes. It seems only certain domes were affected, as my travelling-party in the other domes were not affected.
The next morning, manager on duty, miss Rara said this happens very often especially when there is thunderstorm. But i am surprised no remedial action despite this happening so often (ie backup generator etc). She said would call me back after discussing with her management but up till now, still no call.
Mind you, we paid RM1700 for the night. I expect better pillows, sheets and service. If i wanted to sleep without power supply, i could've just camped in my neighbourhood playground.

β β β β β Itβs a good place to hang out with friends to have chill and relax moments there. There are various types of room which are villa, dome otus and so on. The rooms are clean and neat and also two air conditioner s in a villa. The toilets are clean and big enough. The staff are kind and friendly, you can ask for help whenever you need. On the same time, thereβs also jungle trekking activity at there which is very fun and interesting.
