Very poor after sales service. They only care for the homepro sales. I bet some customers have same experience like I did. Never buy from them anymore.

Given that Home Expo is around the corner, I warn to want everyone about this business. I am extremely disappointed with them. Today they delivered my oven, kitchen hob and sink. This company outsourced their delivery to a third party who scratched my house brand new tiles by dragging the oven across my porcelain floor. Long story short, their delivery guy accused me of playing the racial card and tried to victimised him The manager of the company called Devi tried to refute my claim by saying that I have ongoing renovation. Well I have the right to do renovation and it is your ethical responsibility to make your people protect homeowners' property. I suggested that they come and take a look at the damage done since it's not visible on camera due to lighting and reflection issue but all they did was tried to avoid a discussion Their innocent sales guy Joe tried to appease me by offering me some personal shopping vouchers of RM 200.00. Poor guy has to solve when the owner/manager does not solve issue. So homeowners, when u go to Home Expo or simply want to buy kitchenware, look out for HOUZ and make sure u skip their booth/ shop

Come only if you confirm buying. We came for the discounted items advertised in their page. Came to an answer 'mana ada tu macam harga sudah' tu barang sudah jual. But choose your salesperson. Giving you unpleasant experience if you accross a salesperson talking till next door rosyam mart can hear
