β β β β β Been to a number of JFLibraries in Asia and this is good. Thereβs a toilet inside, and a separate room that can also be used for less distracted studies. Nice people. Temperature is right, not so cool not so warm. Great selection of books, perfect for reading Japanese content though some visitors tend to study/do other stuff.

β β β β β This is the Japan foundation library. Located at level 18 at northpoint tower B. Register with the srcurity guard with and ID and take the lift. Thr library is clean and plenty of books, quiet and nice place for reading. Everyone is welcome in with no charges. Only thing is members gets to borrow books home, non member cannot. Membership fees need to be renewed annually. No dvds are available to borrow here.

β β β β β I've come here to study once or twice and always been extremely happy with how accommodating the staff are. Also the place is extremely secure, offering to give me a locker to drop most of my stuff while I go work. Quiet, cool and cosy. I couldn't think of a better place to learn in Kuala Lumpur.
