★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable shop. Really disappointed with their services. Do not follow client's instruction, only do what they like for the designing (do not write down client's instruction). Haven't clear my complaint (about defective), they always ask for payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unreliable shop. Bought more than 10 items from the shop, more than half of which were faulty. These included a fan (assmbled in the opposite direction), water faucet (incomplete parts for installation), kitchen hob (oil container which broke even after replacement), stove (couldn't light up) and oven (bar detached) after short use. When contacted, the shop owner did the least to offer help. Most of the time, he blamed it on our installer or us, the users for causing damage. So we end up having to make repairs on our own.. We are very disappointed with this shop, the items they sell and their service.
