★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first visited at this Klinique. I took my sister to the clinic because a friend recommended us. All i can says that, we loved the PRP treatment, I’m actually got to use the skin products, my acne has cleared up a lot. She took the time to teach us about our skin. Thank you for your kind and knowledgeable skin lady! Definitely will come back again soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All their therapists are very caring and friendly, and my visits was treat very pleasant and comfortable by the staffs. The post-treatment care by them is fantastic. After done the session, they will serve warm water and make sure that I adapt well with the treatments. They’ll follow-up with my next appointment and send me reminder the day before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After signed up package, customer service is bad n their telephone no cannot get thru n they don't even read their WhatsApp. But Dr is professional. Just that getting in touch with them is sooooo difficult!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 or negative star, I would give to this place. Very very bad customer service that I have package with about 7 times, each time also need to wait from 1-1.5hrs (with chasing them) to be my turn. So If U want to make appointment for a time, make sure you make it earlier 1.5hr for safety purposes, else Ur gonna waste your time here.
They change the Medical Officer and doctor every time i come, and not sure all these part time people have lisence to perform all these. Well, try ur luck :)
Cannt call them for appointment and they also never call/text you to follow up your package. So yeah, you need to find your own way either find them from FB messenger or drive to their outlet directly to talk to them ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad experienced i had here. First of all they asked to pay RM99 then they started to add up more till RM599.. After that, they were forced yourself to sign the packages even you refused to take.... It was took an hour to convinced me... REALLY TIRED to deal with them... They won't allowed me to go back?.. Finally i accepted the offer.. The treatment was good..

Already signed up for package but everytime u come for treatment they'll seduce to buy more n more package which was suck! So unprofessional! Had never returned to me to remind abt my appt. I was the one who text them just to confirm back so that i wont waste time there waiting to get treatment! Didnt see any improvements on my skin. Just wasted few thousands for stupid services! Pls dont ever go there. I took dripping session but never shown the proof they did give to me while in other clinics it's standard procedure to inject the whitening element into customers body! U have alottt to learn. Dont repeat my mistake. I regret it.
