★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place deserted & quiet & not conducive to business, rentals r high wh explain high price! Car park fees r high at $3 which shd be free, otherwise ghosts wld haunt or Jack the ripper will rip!
I forsee plc can't last unless they review policies & attract plc with free goodies, free live band or free artists performance!
