★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to dry clothes. Says 4 token for 24 minutes, I worry not dry I paid for 6 token which makes 36 minutes. Dryer not even hot after 35 minutes on high temperature, my clothes are still the same soaking wet. Wasted my time and money. If you can't maintain your machine don't open to public, this is call cheating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some machines doesn't even take their own coins. Have to waste time trying to insert the coins repeatedly until by luck it finally accepts. The dryer machines aren't adequate enough. One machine I had on for 30 minutes didn't dry through properly. The other machine I had on for 36 minutes but it's still damp. Price does not reflect the service. Had to go to another place to dry my clothes. Bonus points? Both the numbers stated for the helpline/hotline doesn't respond to our calls/messages. I know it's Eid but if you have open your own business during Eid, I think it's good practice to handle any customer complaints at the time. Truly, my first & last experience here.
