β β β β β The place: Cafe style, simple decor, hipster-ish. Can feel a tad gloomy.
The Food: Price is fairly cheap, portion is quite large, taste is so-so. Definitely room for improvement.
Service: Long wait, and at the time the place was practically empty. They've got to come up with a better way of preparing orders.

β β β β β Our 2nd time eating at their place. 1st time we were there, wasn't satisfied due to the quality of the food. This time, some food has a high price tag. Those meatballs of 8-9pcs cost you RM8.90. Taste is so-so. Nachos cost RM11.90. Also so-so. The good thing is, they are not stingy with the cheese. The girl at the counter with glasses, pls be friendlier. When someone says thank you, pls reply. I came here only because parking is ample & my kid likes western food.

β β β β β They upgraded the restaurant to a bigger place at a corner lot. Sadly, they couldn't handle the crowd. Been waiting for more than an hour, and there's no signs of our food. Asked the waiter to be faster and she said a lot of the orders are still pending.
Please improve capacity of the kitchen if you plan to expand your restaurant to cater more guests. Disappointed.

β β β β β The unique selling point for this restaurant is the price. It's really really cheap (you can get fish & chip at the price of RM 3.90). The service is quite fast and the portion is humongous. However, if u are particular on the taste of the food, this is not the place for u. The taste is quite lackluster. The chicken grilled special that was served to me is not properly cooked. The food is not freshly cooked as when the food arrived at our table, it's quite cold (even the cheese that was layered in between the chicken grill does not melt at all) and the chicken has a potent odor (maybe it's not properly wash or cook). Overall, this restaurant served really cheap food, but they need to gear up the quality of the food.
