★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor experience. I have waited for 45 minutes and was not attended to by anyone, despite making a prior appointment. What's more disappointing was that there was no explanation provided when I asked how long more am I expected to wait. Finally I left without a haircut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Director Eric is very skilled with short hairstyle. It is my 3rd visit, and he will keep my hairstyle fresh without having a "repeated" look. I like the sea salt hair spray they carry, just bought a bottle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice spacious interior. Not overly fancy or pretentious. I went for a cut by the (master) stylist which is 80rm, including shampoo. The level of professionalism and attentiveness by the stylist Shawn is impeccable. He took great care in the cutting and consultation process and listens to what the customer wants. Will definitely go back to him.
Shampoo was great too, love the shampoo fragrance and a very thorough double wash and head massage.
