Very professional and friendly staff. If you are expecting an aesthetic type of clinic (spa like and Netflix while you undergo treatment) then this is not one of those so set your expectations right. The treatment was pleasant and straightforward not to mention affordable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. Can't wait for my next few sessions to see some results:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are good at selling with persistent follow ups and calls but after you signed up no one actually keep track whether you complete the course or not. After sales service isn’t there at all. Even the staff didn’t know what package u signed up until u told them only they looked it up. I think it’s high time they improve their service and be more responsible to ensure what they are selling is actually effective but first customers must go thru the entire routine and complete the course then only can experience its wellness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk staff very pushy. Went for a free check up given by ambank. First the front desk lady said she will recommend the package suitable for us after doctor consultation, and she said no forcing, we can say no if we are not into it. She was extremely friendly at first. Explaining the packages that suit us. We decided to reconsider the package because it easily cost 15k or more per person. The next thing we know she not happy that we are not signing any package and letting us to walk out by ourselves, not even pointing to us where is the exit. Will definitely not return to this centre even i would like to sign a package. However, doctors are still very friendly. 2 stars for the doctors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To begin with, the staff are really very nice & obliging whenever you seek their help. They're friendly & approachable & always greet us with a smile. The sales personnel is also very pleasant, of course she has to do her pitching but in a subtle way. Even when doing our bookings & sometimes slot cancellation or changes over the phone, they are polite, patient & accomodating. Kudos to them for that.
The environment is clean & comfortable, making my visits there relaxing & soothing.
As for the treatment, I haven't really felt any significant effect, although I'm sure there must have been some positive changes.
