The chalets is new, clean, spacious room for family, nice views, comfortable, easy to access, nearby towns and interesting places. The room rates is reasonable and affordable to everybody. Their motto is relaxation, stay and activities.

Definitely worth the stay.
If you are planning to go to Pengkalan Kubor Duty Free, this is the place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on a fact finding mission, so please pass the rating. This is a partly floating (a term that includes building on stilts over water) and partly landed 10-room resort located in a quiet village near Pengkalan Kubor Duty Free Complex on the Malaysian border. Their restaurant and cafe were not operating during the pandemic, so guests will dine out or arrange for meals beforehand, there is no sign of western restaurants in that area. The surrounding is serene and locals are friendly, making it a place to relax. They can do river cruise if you want to break the monotone. There are many Thai temples in Tumpat, I would imagine they can help arrange for transport too.
