Honest Review from My Personal Experience (October, around 6pm)
- When we first stepped into the cafe, there's no staff greeting to the customer. They didn't check My Sejahtera (Vaccination status)
- Staff were not tentative towards customer
- We need to keep on reminding staff for the Carrot Cake that we ordered 3 times.
- Came here to taste their coffee. However the coffee tasted bland and pricey too (Disappointed)
- We received our meal however it's cold and they didn't provide the cutlery as well. We (again) need to remind them ?
- Carrot Cake really save our day because its tasted good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today first time I pergi Nellis Coffee. I ordered the espresso, mocha Belgium and salted caramel frappé. (I don’t have any comments bout the drinks because I’m not coffee lover, my partner had it)
I ordered Buttermilk Chicken, and i was very dissatisfied, since I really love to eat buttermilk chicken. And I nak suggest Nellis Cafe utk improve dari segi rasa buttermilk tu, kuah buttermilk terlalu cair and takde rasa buttermilk langsung. And portion ayam tu, surprisingly macam ayam chicken chop, Nellis should consider to cut into chunks size or in pop corn size utk buttermilk. The taste too bland for me. Or RnD again the buttermilk chicken. And the price also quite pricey
In future I hope your team can improve the taste and I would love to come again to try your desserts pulak.
Lastly, the staffs should check customer’s mysejahtera status.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They try to be like one of hipster cafe, the vibes almost there but not there yet. Points on the effort.
2 cups of coffee and a slice of cake near to RM50 (you guys decide it, too much or less). I know they are using good coffee machine and good beans, how ever when your iced coffee taste not so good and hot fancy coffee taste nicer mean you are depending to all the artificial flavour and sweetness.
Spanish latte needs to be improved, and the taste of the "sweet milk" does not exist. It feels like drinking iced americano, too plain. Please do balance your steamed milk n condense milk qty with your espresso. Try to find a good ratio between this 2.
On the cake part, the portion is considered quite big and kinda good.
Overall still ok, but putting price vs. quality of taste I was thinking not worth burning my pocket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Buttermilk Chicken Rice and Fish & Chips.
I love that the staff asked how well we want the egg to be cooked, but I appreciate if the gravy of the buttermilk to be topped up. The taste of the gravy can be improved too.
For the fish and chips, I personally don't feel fries coated with curry powder blends well. Well, everyone have different preferences.
The ambience of the cafe is great and plus point for them is they have a clean toilet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food generally taste okay. I had Spicy Beef Bacon Linguine, the taste is slightly salty but overall ok. The general feedback from my friends was that the chicken/lamb portion was insufficient for the price they paid. So please see if something can be done about this. Cappuccino, Caffe Latte, Belgian Mocha all good.
