โ โ โ โ โ They should know how to take care of prospect. Cannot proceed with the deal because the team is :
1. Unable to RESPONSE on time
2. Unable to meet the scheduled time. Visit time was set at 1:00-1:30pm, but I have waited until 3pm, then someone whatsapp me to reschedule to 430pm after i r texted to the sales team. No say sorry, very unprofessional
3. Asking to come next day, but no response at all.
I think the team is very novice in business. Your company may go bankrupt if the people they hire like this.
Update : The reps come and visited my place, promise to send the quotations of few options. Waited more than 3 days, and not come back at all. Worst company to deal with, so thier people. Criminal level in CX.
