★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was below par. Didnt wrap my gift according to my preference but made it sound like it wasn't their mistake as my request was ambiguous. Isn't it their duty to make sure that they understood my request at the first place?
Eventually I paid 41 bucks for something I wasn't satisfied with and the person working there didnt even say thankyou/goodbye.
Fairly disappointed as I have used their service in the past and they were much better then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Box are unique and the wrapping is very special. I was there to wrap my girlfriend birthday gift and the designed they made was so nice my girlfriend love it so much. The price is according to my design. I’m very satisfied Definitely I will visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop looks nice so I went in. Guy at entrance is very friendly but woman inside is rude and unhelpful. Better close down than to have such bad attitude !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I was told to wrap a gift with charges only RM 20+ but at the end told me RM80+ which is way too over than my expectation, and the gift wrapping was ordinary, nothing much special at all, bad service provided with unreasonable price charges

Bad Thing: After order keyed in into system, Seller reject to cancel the sales in system/ amend in system, force you to pay or further add on the sales in system only by using some excuse saying that system unable to cancel sales (Dishonest). A bit like gangster act, cant believe this happen in Mid Valley Shop.
