Moderate shopping experience as staff is not really doing much to share useful information or providing advice. But they are in line with services in other Malaysian store where staff is poorly trained.

We bought a foldable nylon bag at this store, approximately two weeks ago, went to use it today, and seam came apart when zippering. We went back to store to ask if we could exchange, we did not have receipt nor did we remember exactly what day we bought it, if we paid cash or credit. The manager (Atish) was so accommodating, he looked through sales for the past two weeks to find ours. We commend such excellent service and will certainly shop there again. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The bag options are a lot - though too bad they stopped selling Victorinox. Prices are high but don't hesitate to ask the staff about any discounts or sale. I bought a Buff multifunctional headwear, which had a very good discount.
