โ โ โ โ โ Super disappointed with the parking system. The guard terrible rude with me some more can scolding me even is their fraud. Not apologies with me is ok but still dare to scolding me โapa la itu orangโ. I wonโt got that area shop and restaurant anymore due to poor management and poor parking system.
If the management read this post, please take action to your staff En Nasir (look like Pakistan).

โ โ โ โ โ Location wise, it's kind of far-ish from town (Penang standard). But the whole complex seems well built. Dec 2017 and it's still very new, shops are still renovating, tenants are still moving in. The condominiums upstairs are nice and clean. If the shops are all open (and have a good mix) then this place will be quite good.

โ โ โ โ โ It is a business plus condominium complex. They have variety of shops and restaurants like Mr. DIY, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Kapitan Nasi Kandar, Kaze, Breadking etc.
The place has a nice modern design to it. Located beside DโPiazza mall and across the road from Elit Heights. Paid parking is available.

โ โ โ โ โ It's a good residential place to live in penang.. Like to live for this condominium. Gated community with safe and secured. Maintenance was well to keep always clean. Everything is near by.. restaurant, malls, etc.
