★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here because I was introduced to this clinic by a friend. The set up was professional and the staff presented themselves well and smart.
I am not sure about others but my experience with the doctor is much to be desired. His choice of words are very poor, he is not tactful and can potentially make someone even more nervous about themselves. When I ask questions about cause and effect, he gives me short answers without explaining them fully. He also seems uninterested when patients like myself is asking questions. Just note that I too am concern and need to know what I am doing right and wrong with my lifestyle. If the doctor is having a bad day, deal with it but don't take it out on your patients.
Even though this clinic is near my work place, I am willing to go further to see another doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to the Red Clinic for both my kids and us parents. Dr Rosvinder, one of the consulting doctors there is par excellence. You have to feel comfortable with a doctor and he is one doctor who is a patient listener and doesn’t prescribe medicines unnecessarily.
I have also had my yearly check up done twice and it turned out very cheap compared to other places and the results were prompt.
I highly recommend the red clinic, their staff who are always welcoming and warm and especially Dr Rosvinder who I feel extremely lucky to have found for my children’s well-being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SO HAPPY AT THE RED CLINIC. Dr. Andrew Yap has a bedside manner that would embarrass most USA docs...friendly, upbeat, smart informative answers, and good probing questions. The lab work done with results in a day and a free one hour video conference on zoom to review any questions. Yivon Cheah Dietician is friendly and knowledgeable as are the staff. Easy to get to via grab or self park. Prices are very fair. Highly recommended!

Very well spoken, polite, and they handle situation very well (My dad is a stroke patient, and he fell down. Went to the clinic to make sure he is cleared from any sign of another stroke. They immediately recognize this required immediate attention, and arrange my dad next in line, and explain to the waiting customers. Bravo to their service!)
Doctors:
Very experienced with good knowledge. My dad was diagnose with a rare disease recently and was well spotted by the doc, and advise us to immediately admit to hospital. The Doctors do not simply ask u to take unnecessary Meds (not like other Clinic chains)
Payment:
Their price is quite reasonable and not overcharging patients.
Even though I have a Medi***** Card from my company, but i'm never visiting that chain again after visiting here. (The difference in service is just too great)

Their doctors are not just professionals but well explained to all my questions which bothers me for long times.
Their receptions also are great on providing assistance.
They are the only clinic where I would drove for 35 min form Jalan Kuching to their clinic for my check up

It was my first visit to the Red Clinic, and I booked to see Dr. Andrew Yap. Needed to run some blood tests and consultation on ID matters. Reading all the positive comments about Dr Andrew Yap and the clinic gave me the confidence, but having gone through the first consultation myself was truly an amazing experience. If you want a doctor who takes time to explain the important bits and treats you with respect as a human being, then I highly recommend the Red Clinic and Dr Andrew Yap. Reasonable fees/charges, thus making quality healthcare accessible to more people. Keep up the great work and standards!

Miscommunication with the front desk causes me 30 minutes of waiting time and no go in the end.
Fancy interior design clinic, but hopefully with more well trained front desk.

And above all, what skill and efficiency! All without arrogance and with a very educational approach to their profession. Nothing will be offered to you that is not explained to you and that you have not understood. It is undoubtedly that they really like to treat, with humility, listening and efficiency. We really need this climate of trust, warm communication. This is probably why we heal faster! Thank you for taking care of me and my family.
