★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not happy with this agency as they are not professionally dealing between agent and tenant. Agent from this agency was misleading owner to sign their offer letter with unfair deposit amount and threaten owner for what tenant want without really taking care for owner side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unregistered agent Samantha tan sau WEI cope an agent from rina Properties asia by name of Eddie renting a house which the owner is fake one and doesn't provide us power of attorney, no official receipt and agreement was given until to date. The manager Paul Chen like to threaten and backing his unregistered agent and letting her to use her collegue REN no and stating senior negotiator. They swallow 3k deposit which they charge for termination of agreement which the agreement is not valid which fake owner signing the agreement. See the photos here. Moreover the house is defect in the window which have a hole and house is 3years and damped and inside the agreement they asked u to repaint back where the whole house paint is flaking and need to pay for wiring of spoilt and this is the way they cheat us. Worst agency that hire unregister agent and permitting them to use other agent Ren to cheat us. Complain to board after that and I won the case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Such poor service from their agent. My experience with the agent Jane Wong has been terrible. She is so reckless, lies and does not take any matter seriously. Took over a month to fix kitchen issue which she was arranging and now again delay with air cond servicing which was supposed to done before we moved in or weeks ago when I complained. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
