β β β β β Why your company bus drivers use another path? I'm waiting at the bus stop patiently but it seems the bus driver is challenging me and the customers(they don't have stopped or drove along at the bus stop but they use another path(short cut) for easy them to chase after the time they have over spent). I hope this kind of problems don't have happened again. Fix it as soon as possible...

β β β β β Worst bus service at kepong compare rapid this bus service have been reduce the bus service and last bus will be 10.15 people who work frm klcc will not have chance to get the last bus before this the bus is untill 11pm but rapid bus running till 11 but never go to kepong.

β β β β β A lot of rude and dishonest bus conductors in your company! Always pretend didn't see how much passengers have paid and didn't return the balance, and no ticket given too. Please make it compulsory for your workers to wear an ID badge so that passengers could identify them!

β β β β β It's very poor management. I have to take bus from Kuala Selangor to MRT Sg Buloh (KS100).From last 2 days I'm waited from 6am to take the 6.30am bus. I was show hand to stop but he didn't stop. And I was waited more than 2hrs till 8.30am. And today also same as yesterday he didn't stop... So I call to the in the ticket for complaint against the driver. There are 5 numbers but works only one number. Others are not in service. The one person also not talk responsible. I ask for the next bus but he didn't answer and end up the call.

just wait until the mrt is done. you're not going to get a single sen from me.
sometimes, the bus conductor will keep allowing passengers to come abroad eventhough it's packed (from my past experience of taking the bus during pkpb)
this selangor bus schedule is inconsistent. there's so much thing to complaint but it's just going to end up on deaf ears.
JUST SHUTDOWN YOUR HORRIBLE COMPANY IF YOU CAN'T MANAGE IT PROPERLY
