The experience beautician all left with juniors
The consultant always show sour faces
Hope the management really looks into this seriously

β β β β β They treated my friend bad... That's why she doesn't want to go there or buy package from them anymore ... They are only nice if you keep on buying something. If you just want to finish your package. They will give you hard time in booking schedule. You can finish your package... Why not... But the hard way... Always no available time...

β β β β β They cancel appt at a very last minute, 15mins b4 my appt and dont bother to make the next appt. immediately ...just sorry???? No follow up aft .. today day 4 already ?? Manager, Jo not being professional only interested to sell you package.. needless to mentioned the rest... only go back for 2 of the beauticians ... poor service! Poor attitude! Hope the management will look into it.

β β β β β I tried the trial facial session. The facial itself was fine; the beautician was patient and seemed experienced. But the service by the reception was not good:
1. They didn't call me back for my appointment (had to go there in person to make booking)
2. Their bookings were quite full (had to adjust to their schedule)
3. When I didn't buy the package, the lady lost interest and immediately wanted to close shop because I was the last customer of the day (didn't want to let me wait for my pick-up inside).

1. All the beauticians are good and provided excellent services.
2. Manager Jo is terrible: she is not professional at all in handling appointments etc. When i had to postpone my appt multiple times, she answered in the most unprofessional way: HUH, CHANGE AGAIN!?
3. The transition of the change of management was also terrible : they forfeited whatever leftover services fr the package under the old management and made customer top up in order to continue using the package... Extremely crook!!
4. The experienced beautician has all left, and not many beauticians left. But most beautician are ok, the worst service is from manager Jo... She is only interested in you if you sign up more pacakges! Otherwise, she cannot even see you... Sad... Wonder how can she even be manager... Such terrible person skills...
Now i am just waiting to finish up 2 more facial appt, which i so regret signing up!!!

β β β β β Went there recently for the laser infinity hair removal and the service was very good. First time there and the beauticians are professional and polite. The manager, Jolyn was also very nice and didnβt hard sell to me (which was very important since I donβt really like businesses who do that). Price was quite affordable too. I recommend contacting them first on WhatsApp to see which treatments suits best. Overall great experience and I would come back to try their other treatments
