★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya menaiki bas pada hari Jumaat pukul 5 petang dari Gemencheh ke Tampin. Bas sampai pada pukul 4.55 petang. Semasa berjalan ke arah bas, bapa saya memesan satu dua patah ayat kepada saya, tetapi pemandu bas (no. 218 kalau tak silap) asyik menekan horns, dan semasa saya menaik, beliau memarahi saya dengan kasar dan menjerit-jerit kerana beliau terpaksa menunggu saya lebih kurang satu minit untuk menaik ke bas. Saya terkejut dan semasa ingin membuat bayaran, beliau tidak mahu menerima dan terus jalan. Oleh itu, saya terpaksa meletakkan wang ke dalam basket di tepi tempat duduknya. Saya sangat surprise dengan perangai dan professional beliau. Saya juga pernah melihat bas driver ini selalu memarahi penumpangnya seperti labour, aunty... etc. Selain itu, saya mendapati bas driver ini cakap dengan handphone sepanjang masa dari Gemencheh ke Tampin. Walaupun beliau memakai earphone semasa bercakap dalam handphone, tetapi beliau cakap sepanjang masa semasa memandu agak merisaukan. Saya tahu Gemencheh ini small kampung, tetapi saya sangat berharap pihak tuan boleh menambahbaik kualiti driver. Minta maaf kalau ada kesilapan dari saya. Sekian, terima kasih.
 I boarded the bus on Friday at 5pm from Gemencheh to Tampin. The bus arrives at 4.55pm. While walking towards the bus, my father ordered a sentence or two for me, but the bus driver (no. 218 if I'm not mistaken) kept pressing the horns, and as I boarded, he scolded me rudely and shouted because he had to wait for me about a minute to board the bus. I was shocked and while wanting to make a payment, he didn’t want to accept and kept going. So I had to put the money into the basket by the side of his seat. I was very surprised by his character and professionalism. I also saw this bus driver always scolding its passengers such as labor, aunty ... etc. Also, I found this bus driver talking on a mobile phone all the time from Gemencheh to Tampin. Although he wears earphones while talking in a mobile phone, but he talks all the time while driving is quite disturbing. I know Gemencheh is a small village, but I really hope you can improve the quality of drivers. I'm sorry if I made a mistake. Thank you.
