Went for The Spread in St Giles for company lunch. Didn't get to try everything due to my diet plan and food were not appealing enough to trigger my craving. They have burung puyuh, curry crab, desserts, braised yeemee, indian food, etc. Pro(s): 1. Good ambience and environment. Good place for meetup Con(s): 1. Overprice (around MYR 100, per pax don't know how much exactly as its paid by the company) with 2-stars quality of food. 2. The muttons were alright. The herbal chicken, only taste of salt. Broccoli was not fully cooked. 3. Not much choice of food. 4. There is sushi counter. Tuna sashimi and salmon sushi ran out of supply when the lunch session is not over. How is it called "buffet"?

I tried the delivery service during MCO. Delicious food, good value for money and good selection. The hotel offered free delivery to my place as it was within 5km radius of the hotel. Great service too. Have been ordering weekly from The Spreads. Thank you!

Staff are courteous and nice. But let down by the limited food, nothing to shout about, although price is cheap. The tables obstuct your legs.

The buffet lunch is excellent. Good variety, good portion and good food. Love the seafood and shasimi served here, really fresh and delicious. Only wish that I have a bigger stomach to enjoy the food. FYI, the buffet lunch only available on weekdays.

Breakfast - The restaurant is very well set up. I do recommend that you walk around the check out all the various food stations before you start your meal. Else you might missed some goodies. The food - they serve halal food. The sausages are a bit to dry and hard for my taste. The chef at the egg station is very efficient. Thank you for the great omelette. There are not much choice at the dim sum station. Sorry, the dim sum offered are dry and not very appealing. The coffee is good. The Stone ... I mean scones are just like stone ... hard and dry. There are other choices to select from. Just those that I choose weren’t that great. But it’ll do ?

Portions pretty big. Spaghetti carbonara was excellent. The burger patty a bit too well-done. Overall a good dining experience

Nasi Lemak Warisan from their ala carte menu is decent. The coconut rice was piping hot, but I found the fried chicken too dry. Their chicken satay is quite moist and the peanut sauce is good. Kitchen is a bit slow.

Exclusive. I've been a regular (at The Gardens St Giles, KL) since 2012. Had iftar (fast breaking) here recently. Love their 'Cher Wan's Signature, the Gearbox Soup' and 'daging berlada' and there was also 'buah salak' at the fruit station. However, the pulled tea (teh tarik) lacked the milky taste. NB: It'd better if sauce plates are available at the soup station.
