★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a night on my business trip. The humid smell was bearable compared to those who stayed in ge0b@y. Got issue with my kettle as it froze the water. Nice kind receptionist came up to help but informed maintenance guy left work and unable to replace it. Need to get down to the dispenser machine to get hot water which is no big deal. Hair dryer not working, maybe is just my room. The turn off part is I'm doing planking before going for a hearty dinner that night and lots of long hair on the floor. Not talking about spooky thing but guessed the vacuum not working. Very loud water dripping sound in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Very sure I tighten the tap. Then the same kettle auto boiled water at 4 am. Guessed that is timer driven. Bed was ok. Overall ok for for the price paid.

Yesterday I check in again at this hotel, they arranged me in a room full of smoking (cigarettes) smell, different from what I requested non-smoking room. The hotel room sound proof was quite bad. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t stay again in this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have quite a compact (small) room. Enough for a stay. The room also clean.
But they didn't return my RM50 deposit because i lost the room keycard. Yes my mistake, but RM50 for a keycard??? It's penalty instead of cost of replacing the keycard.
This is the 1st time i'm being charge for a lost key card. Had this experience before on other hotel, but usually they wouldn't charge as long as you leave the room in good condition which i did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is very rude, shouting at customers and does not resolve problem. There is a karaoke behind this hotel and the sound is very noisy, tortured me the whole night. Very poor soond proof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provided us the wrong room as stated in our booking confirmation. Even if it's the issue of the website itself, (which usually isn't, because you are the one that uploaded the pictures in the website. Fyi, I helped some hotels set up their Agoda account, and it's mainly us uploading the photos according to the room). You should provide what is promised when your customer bought the room for a night. But nahh, instead, you just blame the system. The location is strategic, but the service is bad. Avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am regular client to this hotel, in the beginning i didn't have issues. As time goes by the some of the receptionist in the counter is very rude. Some of the Enquires was even replied with a answer saying not my problem.
Never Assist the client properly.
Never treat client well.Service is very bad at time. Management should take action before this issue goes to social media.
Room are good service at times really really bad!
