β β β β β It has a good supermarket with varieties of fruits and other items on sale. But the place doesn't look crowded like two years ago. Perhaps due to the pandemic .

β β β β β - Although it's now open for walk-in customers, only minimum staffs available, very inconvenient to be asked to choose the clothes faster as the staff wanted to end their shift.
- payment counters in each departments/floors has been closed, only can pay at the supermarket counter at ground floor.
... Only 1 payment counter was operated for all the customers, including the supermarket customers. The staff that handling the customers are not helpful as well.
#please ensure proper staffing, we was there during evening after office hours.

β β β β β For months on end they have 1 person working at the 1 counter in the whole supermarket. They are slow and rude, needs better training. Whoever is managing this branch needs to wake up, many of your staff just walk pass while the queue keeps growing and growing to double digit while waiting for this person. I stay 1 road away so it is most convenient but I still dread coming here every time, cause I know it is going to be the same rude and slow cashier

β β β β β I went there to buy toothbrush (buy three free two) package today but the cashier was rather rude. When she scanned and found that the price shown is different, she went to the toothbrush rack and tear off the yellow offer price cardboard and told me that different packages I've took. But, did I choose anything different packages? No! The staff have mixed up the difference packages and put at the same place. After that she asked me to take another packages and scan with the price scanner before going to the cashier counter for payment. Was it my fault? All the way she was in black face and unfriendly tone!
