★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its convenient to get household items but only dry items.The counters need to be expand so would be easy for customer to passby with their plastic carrriers.The staff have been switching the places of goods and some of them unsure where the item is.Some staff not even smiling and give a stare look although im a thief around.So the management have to look into their staff apperance and customer service levels.There is much more to improve compare to other Stores outlet in Johor Bahru.
