★ ★ ★ ★ ★ various choices with reasonable prices but the customer service is so bad.i went there yesterday and i'm asking the staff to look for the shoes i showed her in size 40 but then she replied "go and ask the stafd over there.i'm being positive i thought that she may be tired ALTHOUGH there's only two customer in the meanwhile.i decided to not think too much and respect her so i go to the other counter for staff it's like the mini counter for the staff?i don't know what it call.anyway it's the POLO outlets that i'm mentioning right now to be exact.back to the story.so i went there and the staff is not there.i decided to wait for 30 minutes.i go back to the staff i'm talking to just now and ask her for my size and of course,i did explained to her everything about the time i've wasted there i guess?i told her that i've waited for 30 minutes but the staff hasn't coming back from whatever he/she business.but then this staff being so rude she ask me to go and wait myself although she could just go and do her work she's under POLO outlets anyway so...???!!!!!or maybe if is SO THOUGHTFUL,maybe she could at least speak to me nicely and explain everything i do not care if she give me a fake reason or wearing her grumpy face 24/7.what's boiling my blood now is she's speaking rudely to me with no respect and DID NOT APOLAGIZE to me NOT ONCE IN A SINGLE SECOND.promising myself to never go there again and i'll tell all my acquaintances to never go there!!!
