Long queue, turned out it’s because of incompetency of the staff. Most staff were avoiding eye contact to avoid new request and rather let bunch of groups to hangout for hours so that they don’t have to rush with new order? Food is alright, coffee is good. Nice cafe for big group.

the nepal guards in white shirt is really rude when i just double park not even 5mins to get takeaway coffee , they start knocking my car door window rudely and shouting at me 'oii' words to get out. even ask me to pay their salary for doing that. management take note of your rude guards.

Environment was good but the parking is a killer !! Drove in and. In less than 10 mins I drove out as I couldn’t find a carpark. I parked outside and walk over. When I got home just realised the credit card is being charged Rm15 !

Nice place as it was before the revamp. Went in for 55mins. Waited 15mins to exit because almost every car has a problem with the parking system. Was charged RM15 on debit card (the only option to pay at that moment) for approx 70min of parking. The rate is almost the same as most hotels in KL and KLCC mall. Definitely feels like being butchered. Especially there's no parking rate shown at the entrance. Management should really look into the parking rate as well as putting up the rate signboard like it is supposed to.

We paid tngo to entry ,surprisingly the jockey (indian slim & short guy) blocked the public space & not allowed us to park even we were the one to find the empty parking lot.

The parking is very limited but there's a parking lot outside in a ruined bungalow lot. RM2 per hour, I think. Their own parking is not as expensive. I was charged RM7 for about 2 hours. Place is clean and well maintained. Too small though. Nothing except restaurants and cafes (and CIMB).

I love the 'low density-ness' of this place. It's green and with landscaped garden . The most popular cafe here is Kenny Hills Baker but others are just as nice albeit lesser known. There are limited car park lots so be prepared by showing up early I.e. before peak meal times or opt for the valet services ( RM 20/-) . Paying for valet solves the parking problem.
