β β β β β Very dirty environment in hotel. Need to improve alot about cleaning and maintenance around this building. Good location and easy exit to around road sites shops. My personal comments management need to change is more better. Thanks ?

β β β β β Toilet is stuck. Water leaking. Bed sheets aren't clean it is yellow. Bath room very dirty.

β β β β β Very dirty and filthy, lift smelled like urine, dark eerie basement parking, the room has lots of insect hanging on the ceiling, toilet is super old and dirty, bed sheets have stain on it. Only air con works well.....avoid this place at all cost

β β β β β Was here on 13-14, March 2022. An old hotel, according to staff here, the hotel already 25 years & still stand strong! Cheap, below RM100 per night! No breakfast buffet, the hotel cafe is closed! The serounding area, shopping mall nearby are full of foreign workers, sometime I confuse whether I'm in Bukit Mertajam, Penang or in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The rest is horrible!!
To management, please upgrade ur facilities before open it to public use.
My bad day staying here.
