Clarify expectations prior to appointment to ensure it could be met. As I have notice a review on the Facebook site giving negative feedback in regards to lack of equipment.
Business owner said yes it can be met and the negative feedback is a misunderstanding. I say ok to proceed.
Arrive on the day of the appointment without proper equipment;
1)No pressure washer
2)No vacuum cleaner
After a few days, notice that the car has leftover spots from wax compound.
I have to spend time to remove it myself.
Pictures attached are some of the affected areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good job done on car polish and explaning why waxing is needed - especially for white cars. Added coating for windscreen and all the other windows also. Go have a chat with the boss to understand their detailing works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roughly wipe the outside and the inside in 20-25mins with a mop. No vacuum, relatively low quality, don’t expect much, but price is fixed RM 31… The quality may work for those who super duper busy..
