β β β β β I was referred to The Body Fix by the doctor in PMC. I had a mild slipped disc on my neck, sharp pain on my back and hyper mobility. The therapist that help me was Ms.Oii. She was very patience, skillful and knowledgeable. She answered to all my questions regarding my pain with good advice and information. She help to treat every part of my pain even if it's not in the package ie. Leg/hand ( i paid for spine condition package). I took 10 session package for spine condition and I'm feeling alot better now. Do know that, physiotherapy is not magic. You will not recover after just a session. Even if you take 10 or 20 session, you still need to do the exercise at home everyday to recover. I love that Ms.Oii teaches me exercise that i can do at home and always correct my posture and give me workout options when certain movement is too hard for me. Thank you Ms.Oii for going through 10 session with me. I will try my best to continue my work out at home and come back for maintenance if i am back in Alor Star again in future.
Attached is the latest price for anyone that interest to try try them. Definitely cheaper than center I did in KL.
