โ โ โ โ โ Really love TheKatil.com rooms that come with coliving space like living hall, kitchen and toilets with regular cleaning service. I stayed for 2 wks as a working professional and it comes with everything you need from aircond, wifi and fully furnish. All I need to do is move in with my phone and luggage will do! Highly recommend it to those who don't want to be lock in by contract to rent a day, a week or month or even a year!

โ โ โ โ โ Great environment. Like a home comes as hostel. 24/7 air condition without which it will be hard in urban setting. Responsive management and staffs who look into problems as soon it is reported. Its all in one package. Hardly possible to get this deal elsewhere.

โ โ โ โ โ It was a place to stay with convenience of public transport, MRT station is just right across TheKatil. Food stalls are abundant. There are 2.shopping malls in between TheKatil, Eko Cheras and Leisure malls making grocery or shopping within walking distance. It is equipped with all the furnished utilities, with 24 hours aircon and wifi. Clean and privacy. Do recommend to anyone who wants to stay at TheKatil.

โ โ โ โ โ 2 stars for the agent. Nice agent. Fast reply, responsible and friendly. However, the room does not have 24 hours air conditioning and this should be mentioned in the hotel booking app. The air conditioning is operated rotationally on hour basis. Besides that, one of the towel provided is very smelly. Highly recommend the host to make sure that the towel provided is clean if you are to give it to the tenants

โ โ โ โ โ Hesitated at first but the place turned out to be great, definitely value for money.
Pros: 24/7 air-conditioning, frequent cleaning (common area), well mannered tenants, 1 minute walking distance to MRT, vast amount of restaurants and convenience store nearby.

โ โ โ โ โ Mr. Steven is your go to person when it comes to comfort and affordable hostel room. All around top notch for the hostel industry and a must visit, not to mention just next to Cheras Mall, that's a big point there. By the way of you're reading this, thanks Mr. Steven for putting a roof over my head.

โ โ โ โ โ For the price as a student, it's very reasonable and worth it. It comes with air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, and WiFi are all included.
There's cheap food at a Malay stall and mamak stall. Two malls opposite and the side, with the cinema and what not. The MRT is just right in front. So, it was very convenient.
My stay was great.
