★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a hard drive for in-store pickup (which they proudly offer on their front page), and they proceeded to decide to mail it instead without asking me. If I had known you were going to mail it, I would not have ordered it from you! Hard drives are fragile!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buy an item on oct 10 at lazada, i remind them to ship to avoid lazada auto cancel date. They said it will ship and click button to pack on 13 oct but end up 19 oct auto cancel by lazada because parcel didnt pickup by lex. I claim the voucher from lazada ends up losing all the voucher.
If I know, I will buy from another seller better.So urgent to use the phone end up play and cheating by ur side. Ur side just ignoring any chat, and cancel customer order.
This is how you treat customers cheating and playing customers like fool for 10days. Still dare to claim the largest retailer but the online team is so bad.
Dont buy from this seller,you will regret. There are other better it retailer viewnet, sri computer, pc byte, mono digital,eit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordering online via TMT website is like gambling, you likely not getting what you ordered and paid for. I ordered ANC earbuds via TMT website. 2nd day after paying, TMT PIC WhatsApp and informed that the colour I chose is actually out of stock as their stock qty in their system is not updated. I been offered another colour (common black colour) of which I reluctantly accepted.
Just when I thought the case settle and anticipating the delivery, the day before shipping, TMT WhatsApp me again claiming the black colour changed item have some defect and offered a replacement, due to the item is out of stock and there's no more restocking.
The replacement of which TMT offered is from other brand and the specifications is downgraded as compared with the item I ordered initially. Hence, sometimes I suspect this is how TMT clearing their slow moving/ unpopular stocks, by allowing you to order popular item from their website, then claim that the item is Out of Stock and offered to replace with non-moving/unpopular stocks . All in all, lousy stock management and disappointing shopping experience at TMT Website. Stay away if possible, there are others where you can get better price and sufficient stocks elsewhere.
