Update: after going to another Apple store they confirm the reparation wasn't clean and I probably paid the price when it was another piece to change. This piece was only 50 dollars.... scammer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made my appointment days ago and today 3pm when i reached they rejected to change my phone battery because they already have two phone to fix..seriously? Change battery only need less than half hour.
So I asked when should I come again, gusse what, come after their holiday... of course lazy ma. Happy holiday with payments. You definitely deserve it all.
Ya Keep believing the things u tell. Professional can fix only two phone per days? What a surprise and a effective shop. I drive 20min for nothing because u lazy. At least call if you busy repairing others and can’t make it today. If not what’s the point of making an appointment?Can’t tomorrow, can’t this week but after holiday. lol is that too obvious?

i came for a battery replacement, they asked me to leave my phone for 2 days due to many devices. so i did and came back after 2 days, they said they can't replace my battery due to no stock. if no stock, why you asked me to drop my phone at the first place?
after i pick up my phone, they told me that there's another problem with my phone. what is that? when i drop the phone, they already did inspection and in the report also said ONLY battery problem.
but after pick up, there's another problem? now my phone cannot on at all. thanks to them. please don't send your iphone here. thanks.

Said battery issue. Received appointment time.
Got scolded by the person working there for some reason.
Came during the promised appointment time. Said wait another 7 days more.
Decided to go to other shop and asked for phone back. Guess what? Now battery and possible motherboard issue. Cannot even starts the phone anymore. Before send to shop, can still open the phone. Shop didn't say anything about motherboard issue or anything similar.
Complained to Apple. Said they cannot do anything about it. How convenient~
Now wasted time and need to pay more for extra damaged done to phone.
Consider coming to this shop? Think again..
