★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guards are pretty strict bout the parkings and every door needs access cards. I'll emphasise on the cards. But on the on the other side i gueas it has good security system. Facilities are all good and suffice with gym, pool and a restaurant. So meh ok lahhh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to live in if you have a small to medium sized family. A big plus is the location in terms of how central it is to almost everything. Security is quite good as well and the community-led committee is very good in acting on initiatives that benefit the tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a condominium and I don't live here. Nothing much to review here but it is a good well maintained economy condo and it's very near to SS15 and the Plus highway. Also alot of stores are nearby and Paradigm Mall is the closest mall to here. Guards are polite and fast to respond even if they are not locals. Overall it's a good place.
