★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nostalgic place where they still serve rice cooked individually in a container. Used to be my favourite place from 30 years ago but things have changed. Food is okay, we like their assam fish, salted pork belly in claypot and the fried seafood tofu. Slightly pricey now but overall, still okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as affordable as it used to be, considering its ambience. No complaints about the taste of the dishes though. RM38 for tilapia steamed assam style. Fed 1 adult and 1 teenager. RM79 in total for the fish, one plate of sweet potato leaves cooked with garlic, one hot plate of taufu cooked with minced pork, two herbal drinks and two plates of white rice.
